I hope you have all had a fantastic week!! Our week has been going pretty good!
I've been facing a lot of fears this week!!! Woo! On Tuesday night we had to train all of the Ward Mission Leaders and bishopric members from the stake as well as President Fife and the Stake President!! I was sooo nervous! But we did it and it went pretty good!! yay! Thank you Heavenly Father!! Also (mum you are going to laugh at this!) I played the violin in Sacrament meeting!!! (I was sooo scared) ahhhh!!! I did so terrible.... I can't believe I got talked into it! Luckily my companion is quite talented and covered up for me!! haha! I have to play again next week!!! ahhh!!!! haha!
I got to go on exchanges this week with Sister Goodall from Melbourne! She is Awesome!! We had a lot of fun! and we even set someone on date to get baptised!! Yay!
We had our Christmas Zone conference this week!! The spirit was so strong! We continued the tradition of presdient Fife's homemade chimes! and we got to watch a movie!! woo! Winter Thaw its like a BYU TV production! It was so good! Watch it if you get the chance! Its all about letting Chist into your life!! I love you all!!
I hope you all have a merry merry Christmas!!

That is sweedish for Hey! I think! haha! soooo thiss week has been an adventure!! Lots of tears! I hate goodbyes! But I lot of happy memories too!
I'm so grateful for Thornlie ward! Its like family! I miss them all so much! On Monday we had an awesome Family Home Evening! BUDOL FIGHT!!! I love my Thornlie Family!! The Omagaps, Ogoys, Menundos (not the food), Henry & Meg, Karl... all of them! I love them!!!!!
So due to unforseen circumstances we not in a trio. So its just me and Sister Ahlstrom! She is awesome!! I'm so excited to be with her for the next 2 transfers! (then she goes home)! This ward is pretty small compatred to Mandurah and Thornlie only about 50 people regularly attend! We are serving in one of the richest areas in WA so we get to tract mansions and stuff... pretty cool!
Our area is actually called Scarborough not Wembley! oops! Its so beautiful right by the beach! Forgive me for no pictures! next week!
I'm so excited to see what happens here over the next few months!!
Have a wonderful Week!!!
Love, Sister Penrod!!

Sooo This week marks the end of 11 awesome months in Thornlie ward! They are sending me up to Wembley (I know nothing about this place.). My companion will be Sister Ahlstrom from Sweden! And I will have the opportunity to be a Sister Training Leader, and we will be training a new missionary! woo! 2 new companions!! Its going to be exciting!
I don't like all of these goodbyes! I will miss Thornlie ward so much! I'm so grateful for all that I've learned here, over the past year! I'm so blessed that I was able to be around amazing members and investigators and companions! They have taken me in and made me feel like part of their family and I can never thank them enough for that! They have shown me pure Christlike love! They will always have a special place in my heart! I am eternally grateful!!!
I love you all and I hope you have an amazing week! Remember to continue to #LightTheWorld!
