Hey everybody!!! I hope you all had a great week! We did! ( And yes I did hear about Donald Trump in case anyone else is wondering!) haha!
So this week was a week of miracles!! Woo! We met SO many amazing people!! So we decided at the beginning of the week that our investigators aren't really progressing so we prayed and took a leap of faith and felt we should just drop most of them and start fresh! So we did! And we decided to go tracting! woo! We prayed and just started biking and both of felt like we should go to Bishop's house. No one was home but we felt like we should tract his street, so we prayed about which side we should start on and at first nobody was home but then we found 2 new investigators! One is Ashna! She is Fijian-Indian! Shout out to Master G! haha! She is sooo cool and sooo nice!! She let us in right away! Instant best friends!! We are going back again tomorrow!! We also met Cindy! She is sooo cool! The Elders met her and then gave us her number so we texted her and invited her to a cottage evening and she came! And she came to church the next day she even gave us a ride!! She is so nice! So instant best friends again!! I love everyone here! She is from......The Phillippines! We are so blessed to have met her!! Missionary work is the best!! We also had a funny kind of sad experience this week. Our bikes were locked up at the train station but someone decided to steal our seats and helmets! :( They didn't even take the tyres just the seats!!! What the heck! haha! We had to shamefully walk them home with no seats! haha! They will be missed but hopefully we can find some new ones! I hope you all have an amazing week! I know this church is TRUE without a doubt!! I love it! I'm so grateful for the knowledge we have! And I know we will be blessed as we choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong!! Have a great week! Love yous! Sister Penrod x We planted a tomato! Christmas Decorations! Thanks Grandma Lyn! Viewer Discretion advised... sorry its Karl's fault We went to Freemantle! With Sister Grace and Sister Caesar!! Hey Everybody! This has been a pretty good week! We had our zone conference this week! We all learned so much! President talked all about not being discouraged! How we are on the right path to achieve the Lord's vision for Western Australia!
We also had interviews with President Fife! He gave me some great advice for coming to better know Jesus Christ! The last verse of Moroni 7 talks about how we can come to see the Saviour as He is, and we will be like Him! I love that! I know its true! To come to know our saviour better we must emulate him! Worship him! To Worship is to emulate at the highest form (President told me something like that!) I'm so grateful for our Saviour! I'm so grateful for the gospel! I'm so grateful for His atonement that has helped me so much and continues to help me every day! I love you all have a great week! Love, Sister Penrod x Happy Halloween!

So were doing service for this lady her lawn is taller than me and all we had was a little electric lawnmower we borrowed from the Elders and a pick-axe. We did about half of it and this little old German lady walking her dog stopped and told us we were stupid for trying to do that. She said she would go get us her whippersnipper from down the road and bring it back for us to borrow! She saved us! After we went to return it, we got to start talking to her and she said we could come back and teach her!!! woohoo! Yes! Thank you Heavenly Father. Another miracle! We were out tracting and getting heaps of doors slammed in our faces and we were feeling pretty down! But we felt inspired to go over to a members house we rocked up and their family from Dubai was there! They want us to teach them!!! Thank you again Heavenly Father!! I'm so grateful to have this opportunity to serve the Lord here in WA! I know that He loves all of his Children and He has been preparing all of them!! I'm so grateful for this gospel! I know that it brings true joy! I'm so grateful for the atonement of Jesus Christ! I'm still trying to understand fully what it is, but I know that it helps me!! It can help all of us! I love you all have an amazing week! Au Lomani Iko! Sister Penrod xx 1. Cottage Evening! 2. Jli! Got baptized! We love her so much!! 3. Putting the Tahitian to work! 4. We had lots of miracles this week! We found heaps of new potential investigators through good old tracting! We did some major service, we are pretty much professional landscapers now ;) haha! Dad you would be proud I didn't break any mower in the process as well! haha! ;) We started teaching a really cool Muslim lady and Sikh lady! They are sooo lovely! Its so cool to learn about their different cultures! I've gained such a respect for other religions on my mission and their dedication! I'm so grateful that we have the fullness of the gospel! I know the Book of Mormon is true without a doubt! I'm so grateful for it! I love you all I hope you have an amazing week! Ofa Atu, Sister Penrod xx (sorry I don't have any pictures this week! We got to go on exchanges with Sister Grace and Sister Wiest! Love those sisters! We got to pet some kangaroos! We found some awesome new investigators! #miracle! We got to see womens conference! =Faith!!!!! Loved it! One of our not-progressing investigators called us and told us she wants to make more time for us! YAY! We had some awesome spiritual lessons! The members here are awesome! We got attacked by many magpies, swooping count for the week is up to 7. We felt the spirit a lot and were led by the spirit a lot. I also learned an important lesson this week. I had been feeling like we should go visit a certain member all week. But I ignored it because we were busy and I thought the member was busy. But on Sunday this certain member got up and shared her testimony about how she had a really terrible week and how she felt Heavenly Fathers love.... It hit me right in the heart and I felt terrible. I know that we get promptings all of the time. Anytime we are prompted to do something good we need to act on it! Its all part of faith!! I will not let those promptings go by anymore! I invite you to do the same! Have the faith and courage to act on the promptings you receive daily! I love you all! Have a great week! Au Lomani Iko! Sister Penrod xx Maloleilei!
I hope you all had a good week! We did! I'll get right into some of the cool stuff that happened this week! - We had a cool miracle! We went to help at our investigators daughters birthday party on Saturday, and we got to meet some of the parents of the other kids there, we were talking to a couple of the dads about what we do, but then the party was over and we all went our separate ways. Later that day we were helping the Elders in their area tracting and this car pulls up, Its one of the dads from the party!! He said "I promise I haven't followed you! haha! Come meet my family!" He lived right around the corner from where we were tracting!! His family is so kind they treated us like we had been friends for years! They love what we do and invited us back for another birthday party the next day. We were able to introduce the Elders to them and talk a bit about the Book of Mormon and the Elders are going back!! Its so amazing though! The Lord knows where we need to be right when we need to be there! - We were biking the other day and all of the sudden it felt like I got shot with an airsoft gun in the back of the neck.. What the heck? I turn around and one of those stupid swooping birds is chasing Sister Lehartel! And came and knocked me again. Now every time we bike to church this bird attacks us.. haha! They can remember who we are I guess. Yay! Swooping Season again! - Speaking of which I made it one year!!! Yay me!!! haha! Jokes! I'm so grateful to Heavenly Father for this opportunity to serve! I am so blessed!! I love my saviour!! I love you all! Have a great week! Ofa Atu, Sister Penrod xxx Maloleilei! I hope you all had a great week!! Ours was Awesome!!! Latu got baptized!!!!! Yay!!!
